Update Some sun and more cloud-filled sky the closer we get to lunchtime.
Update After lunch, there may be some showers for a little while followed by some sunny intervals until tea-time with a risk of showers at about 3:55 pm for an hour or two.
After tea, sunny intervals are forecast until the close of play, but there is a risk of light rain or showers from mid-evening for an hour or two. That light rain might continue until midnight or there may just be a cloudy with some surprise showers.

Risks: Ultraviolet index peaks at 6, that is just after lunch. Risk of showers in the afternoon and into the evening. Risk of mist, and fog on or near the rivers tonight and overnight. Take care while driving particularly on or near the three bridges, that is Forth Road Bridge (buses and taxis), Queensferry Crossing and the Kincardine Bridge (all traffic).
Easterly wind all-day will mean there is a risk of planes flying overhead from Edinburgh Airport. But as a result of the pandemic most scheduled flights will be cancelled.
Wind gusts of over 30 mph (48.28 km/h) reach Dalgety Bay just before lunch and continue to just past mid-afternoon. These gusts make walking for pedestrians difficult.
