Here is the weather for Monday…
Temperature: Between 5°C and -1°C (Feels like -3°C).
Sunny intervals from 1:55 pm followed by the sun in all its glory mid-afternoon. Then sunny intervals until the close of play.
The evening starts with a clear sky that becomes cloudy mid-evening and this continues until midnight. Overnight expect light and heavy rain with sleet. At tea-time, the temperature may drop to -1°C and this could increase to 2°C by 10:55 am on Tuesday. There is a small risk of snow from 2 am on Tuesday for an hour or two.
Risks: Easterly Wind means Planes Overhead from Edinburgh Airport. This may occur before and after midnight. The time for us all to sleep. There is a snow risk on high ground during the day but overnight that risk increases in the evening such that there is a small snow risk from about 2 – 5 am on Tuesday. Take care in the snow and there may be ice about. Look out for icy patches especially under bridges and areas that are partially covered.
