Risks: Winds above 30 mph from 10:05 pm tonight making it difficult for pedestrians to walk. Wintry showers in the morning. First thing there is a risk of ice on the roads. Do take extra care especially when driving near bridges and partially sheltered areas. Tonight surprise showers and snowfall on high ground.
