Here is the weather for Saturday
With a high of 10°C and a low of -2°C (-8°C on high ground).
Morning…
Cloudy for some of the day. Sun in all its glory from 10:55 am until after lunch.
Afternoon…
Then the sun continues for a little while followed by sunny intervals until the close of play.
Evening…
It should be a cloudy sky from 5:05 pm until midnight. With some respite in the form of a partially cloudy evening for an hour or two.
Wind: East South Easterly, (Easterly), (East North Easterly), North Easterly, (North North Easterly)
Speed: 6-(15)-12-13-(12)-11-13-(12) mph
Gusts: 12-(20)-24-(21)-25-(24) mph
Risks: Easterly winds from 7 am that cease at midnight until near tea-time on Sunday. This will mean planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport. Frost in the morning. Risk of random surprise showers this morning. If there is rain, or water flowing from any fields on to the roads there is an ice risk for motorists. Expect more frost on Sunday (tomorrow)
That is it from me and I hope you have a Super Saturday. Birds are still in slumber but I can hear the sound of the early birds as they waken. The sound of planes raised me from my slumbers this morning but it was not until about 7 am at Edinburgh airport the wind turned to an Easterly one instead of a Northerly.
