Dalgety Bay Weather: As at 9:30 am on 6th June 2020
Here is the weather for Saturday
There are two flood warnings via SEPA in Northern Scotland
Temperature: A high of 15 °C and a low of 11 °C feels like 8 °C.
An exciting day for the weather – as all the weather forecasts are different. Therefore, below is my best guess as to what the weather might be like today.
A cloudy day with sunny intervals.
Early this morning there were sunny intervals and this will continue until just before mid-morning when the clouds will start to fill the sky.
After which the sun will pop out from the clouds from time to time with a low risk of showers until lunch-time.
In the afternoon, the cloud and sunny intervals continue. There is a very small risk of rain before tea-time. Alternatively, the sun could shine in all its glory, this is one of the forecasts that conflicts between weather experts.
After tea, it is either more sunny intervals or rain until just after eight.
For the evening almost everyone agrees that it will be cloudy until midnight.
Wind: North Westerly, Northerly, North-North Easterly, (North-North Easterly), North Easterly, East North Easterly, Easterly, (Easterly), North Easterly, North-North Westerly, West North Westerly, (North Westerly)
Speed: 8-15-(14)-(9)-5-(7) mph
Gusts: 15-27-26-27-(24)-(14)-8-(16) mph
Risks: Risk of showers after mid-morning. After lunch, there is a risk of ultraviolet rays that peak at a UV index of 6. When it is sunny please do wear your sun protection. There is a risk of rain before and after tea. From before lunch, there is an Easterly wind and this continues for most of the day. An Easterly wind will mean that there could be planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport. As you will know the epidemic as caused the cancellation of many scheduled flights.
That is it from me and do have a super Saturday. The birds are tweeting, they are singing a sweet sonnet the sopranos seem to be in full voice.
