Cloudy at times this morning, but in the main sunny intervals until lunchtime.
Again in the afternoon cloudy at the times but mainly sunny intervals until tea time. After lunch for an hour or two wind gusts are above 30 mph.
After tea time, there is a small risk (Less than 65% or more) of some showers for an hour or two. But in the main, there will be sunny intervals until the close of play.
For the evening until midnight, it will be a cloudy, cloudy sky.

Risks: After lunch, the wind gusts speed is over 30 mph for an hour or two, this makes it difficult for pedestrians to walk. There is a risk of showers and snow on the high ground before and after tea time. Frost tonight and overnight. Should it rain there is a risk of ice on the road particularly in a partially sheltered area or near bridges. There is an Easterly wind after tea and this continues for most of Wednesday. Therefore, expect planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport.
