Kieran Fagan, of Louie Browns restaurant and coffee shop operation in Dalgety Bay has awarded Aberdeen-based distributor Instock Group, along with Pride Commercial Interiors, a £750,000 restaurant refurbishment deal.

The former Bay Inn will be transformed into an Italian restaurant, designed to offer the same great service and food that is made at  Louie Browns.

Hobart Cooking and Foster Refrigerator are the main manufacturers and will work with Linda Lewis Kitchens for the pizza oven.

Kieran commented: “We’ve partnered with Michael Payne at Instock for the last 10 years on various venues and have found the company to offer a great service at a fair price.”
