Gateway – Traffic Management scheme  removed from  New Costa /Gym Planning Application  Development

Cllr. David Barrett (DB) informed the CC that a planning application had been approved by Fife Council to remove the traffic management from the Costa/Gym site. DB has discussed this with the manager of the site. That is to remove the possibility of a one-way system. The CC asked whether it would be possible to direct traffic to only make a left turn on exiting the Gateway. DB said this might be possible.

Fife Council Traffic Officers did not see any significant issues at the Gateway site, so are unlikely to act. He added that it may be possible to readdress the issue when the Gateway site is complete.

Where has the money gone? The vexed question of funds for Community Art not being forthcoming for the Gateway Development

Philip Lund (PL) asked if there was any update to the funds for community art at the Gateway site. Cllr. Barratt said he would find out.
