It will be showers after lunch and after tea for an hour or two. Sun in all its glory until after 10:05 am. Then it is a mostly cloudy day until after lunch.
The cloud continues in the afternoon when there is a 60% risk of showers after lunch for an hour two. There are sunny intervals mid-afternoon until tea-time.
While in the evening there are more showers after tea followed by sunny intervals until the close of play. Sadly, there is a lot of cloud cover in the sky until the midnight hour.

Risks: Surprise showers throughout the day, highest risk in the afternoon some being prolonged and heavy. That shower risk continues into the evening and will eventually diminish throughout the night. An Easterly wind in the afternoon until midnight means there is a risk of planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport. However, scheduled flights have been cancelled because of the pandemic. On an upbeat note if you intend to venture out in this sunshine please remember to put on your sun protection.
