Dalgety Bay Weather: 8:00 am update 10 08 2019
Here’s the weather for Saturday
With a high of 23°C and a low of 11°C.
Yellow warning of thunderstorms but the sun is shining, and the birds are singing. When I look out of the window it looks like a glorious day. However, that is not what the top two weather forecasters say. Their forecasts for today are overcast ones. A day that is full of clouds and no sun now. The most optimistic report is showers from 5:55 am with sunny intervals until 9:55 am. Therefore, do please forgive me if this report is not as accurate as usual. It is a best guess.
Today should be a mixed day of Cloud, Sun and Rain. Sunny intervals from 6 am until 9:55 am. Then thunderstorms for an hour or two. Light showers and more thunder storms from 2:55 pm until tea time. Then light rain until the close of play.
Wind: Easterly, East North Easterly, (North Easterly), Easterly, East South Easterly, South easterly, (South-South Westerly), Westerly, West North Westerly, (West South Westerly)
Speed: 5-8-(7)-8-(5)-7-6-(9) mph
Gusts: G1 12-16-(12)-8-(10)-(18) mph
Risks: Easterly Wind. Planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport until after tea time. Thunderstorms at random times during the day. Risk of more heavy rains and local flooding throughout the day and light rain overnight.
That is it from me and I wish you all a Super Sunny Saturday. Birds are tweeting, not too sure what about today but perhaps they are thinking about a trip to the beach.
