More Space – Safety is an issue but this morning was especially bad. We all pay a lot of money to commute, the least we should get is safe and accessible carriages.

Barely made it onto the delayed service from Glenrothes to Edinburgh as it was JAM-PACKED! When can we expect a decent number of carriages on this route???

Got on at Dalgety Bay. Every morning the space is an issue but this morning was especially bad. We all pay a lot of money to commute, the least we should get is safe and accessible carriages.

Hi there, we do use all available carriages everyday and allocate as best we can to meet demands. I do apologise for the uncomfortable journey. ^M
