NHS Fife has asked patients and relatives to phone the various departments they use directly to the appropriate service. That is in a bid to reduce phone calls to swamped hospital switchboards. To help you, the Dalgety Bay News has put together on World Health Day (today) a list of direct phone numbers for the Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals.

NHS Fife has said… Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy and NHS Fife are receiving a high volume of phone calls. If you need to make a phone call, then if you can make it directly to the department of the hospital concerned, please do. It will save you time and help the hospital too.
