Wind: North North Easterly, (North Easterly), East North Easterly, (Easterly), East North Easterly, (Easterly), (East North Easterly)
Speed: 12-13-(9)-(13)-(17)-(11) mph. Items in brackets and/or bold are mid-point forecasts.
Gusts: 17-18-(14)-(21)-(29)-(19) mph
Risks: Of low cloud and mist overnight. The low cloud/mist should lift in the morning especially near the coast and bridges. Easterly winds means a risk of planes overhead from Edinburgh Airport. Hoping there are none overhead between 11:00 pm Wednesday and 7 am Thursday. As I write and as I work at 11:45 pm I can hear planes flying overhead. However, according to United Nations guidelines planes are not allowed to fly low over built up areas between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7 am. This is to sensibly allow residents to sleep.
That is it from me and have a terrific Thursday.
