Another drop-in at Dobbies in Dalgety Bay on Friday.  Big thanks to Jessica Gunn who came all the way from Renfrew.

That is just to see our super team in action! Jessica is definitely the number one fan of Polices Scotland and  Community Cops.  Jessica is seen in the photo above (Kindly supplied by Police Scotland – South West Fife Police) displaying a thin blue line Union Jack, the flag of the Care of Police Survivors (COPS) Charity.

About COPS

Care of Police Survivors (otherwise known as COPS) is a UK registered charity dedicated to helping the families of police officers who have lost their lives whilst on duty.  They aim to ensure that survivors have all the help they need to cope with a tragedy.   They also remain part of the police family as they rebuild their lives.

Only another survivor can fully understand what new survivors endure.  It is that shared experience that is the basis for their peer support programme.

COPS is independent of the police service.  Founded in March 2003 by Jim McNulty and Christine Fulton (MBE).
